Accounting Associate Manager

Job Description: The Accounting Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management and control of project-related costs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all project expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record project-related (CAPEX) transactions
• Ensure all project expenses are properly approved, documented, and coded
• Track project budgets vs actual spend and highlight variances
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare project cost reports and financial summaries for management
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain accurate project financial records in the accounting system (e.g., SAP or similar ERP)
