Accounting Intern – Jacksonville, Florida Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern to support payroll functions and assist with month‑end close activities at our Jacksonville, Florida facility. Responsibilities Exposure to payroll weekly processes end‑to‑end. Preparation of payroll general ledger account reconciliations. Preparation of correcting payroll journal entries. Assist the Payroll team with month‑end close journal entries. Run weekly reports in Paycor payroll module. Assist finance and payroll teams with daily operations, research, and record‑keeping tasks such as scanning, emailing, and organizing documents. Qualifications Rising junior or higher, enrolled in a 4‑year accredited university pursuing accounting or finance. Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
