Position Overview
As an Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Finance Director based in Singapore and oversee day‑to‑day finance operations across the Singapore, Bangkok, and Sydney offices, working closely with the Office Managing Director, Studio Directors, and Design Managers. Responsibilities
Oversee office full accounting functions including project accounting, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting and analysis, and month‑end closing. Conduct performance comparative analysis for the office and studios on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Oversee all Coupa approval flows, ensuring accurate recording of payments and appropriateness of all expenditure and disbursements. Monitor Accounts Receivable and assist in collection efforts when necessary. Prepare, analyse, and take ownership of quarterly reforecasts in Anaplan, coordinating with related functions.
