Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager must be able to work in a deadline driven environment with a high attention to detail and possess good communication skills to manage the accounting department.


Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

· Oversee and perform all core accounting activities

· Lead month-end and year-end close processes

· Prepare and review financial statements

· Complete account reconciliations and resolve variances

· Provide financial analysis and management reporting

· Supervise and support the accounting department


Accounting Manager Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

· 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility
