Job Description
- Manage overall accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow
- Supervise and develop 2 subordinates, including performance evaluation
- Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statements
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes (final approval by Director) - Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations (PP30, PND 1, 3, 53) - Monitor petty cash, bank balance, and stock accounting
- Handle overseas transactions (AP/AR, debit/credit notes, billing) - Prepare budgeting and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Oversee accounting systems (Formular, I-business)
- Support payment processes (payroll handled by HR, accounting executes transfers) - Lead continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, QCC, ISO standards)
