Partnering with a growing SaaS company in Denver, CO seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be integral in the technical accounting group, responsible for acquisition accounting, contract review, investments, revenue accounting, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Develop and maintain valuation models and perform working capital assessments.

• Collaborate in negotiating terms for stock and asset purchase agreements.
