Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conducts warehouse and van inventory monthly during Book Month Period or as mandated by the Accounting Supervisor or the Management
• Encoding
• Renders overtime work upon instruction of the management or supervisor to avoid the accumulation of pending jobs, especially during the Book Month period
• Perform day-to-day assigned tasks on a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform such other duties as may be appropriate to the position or as requested by the Management.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial management, accounts receivable/payable, and general accounting methods.
