Accounting Specialist

**Pay:** **$25-$26/hour during the temp-to-hire period, with an increase upon permanent hire**

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, on-site during the temp-to-hire period. Flexible work arrangements may be discussed after hire.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Print and mail AP checks, vouchers, and reports
• Reconcile accrued payables
• Support high-volume transactional accounting activities
• Assist with month-end close processes (training provided)

**Qualifications:**
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Accounts Payable or transactional accounting experience
• ERP experience preferred (Deacom experience is a plus but can be trained)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
