Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support a property management organization in Studio City, California on a Contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling both payables and receivables in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The person in this role will help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions efficiently, and provide dependable coverage for daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
• Review incoming invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper coding before entry and payment processing.
• Enter vendor bills received outside automated workflows into the accounting system with close attention to detail.
• Manage payment processing activities to ensure obligations are paid accurately and on schedule.
