Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with strong QuickBooks Desktop expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and support our accounting operations during a period of business growth and system transition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Manage high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) processing

  Reconcile credit card transactions and merchant accounts to bank activity
