Job Summary
The Accounting Staff supports the finance department in handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Encode financial data into the accounting system accurately and on time.
- Record and update financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in payroll preparation and disbursement.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documents and files.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting‑related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
