Job Description
- Record daily accounting transactions and post entries into the accounting system.
- Check, validate, and ensure accounting invoices and documents are legitimate, comply with regulations, and are properly archived.
- Prepare financial reports including: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other related reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing tasks.
- Assist in tax finalization work, liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks as required.
- Reconcile data between the General Ledger and accounting books on a monthly basis.
- Consolidate financial data for relevant departments to prepare Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reports and statistical reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
