Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and placement of Purchase Orders (PO) with suppliers.
• Shipment Monitoring and Logistics Coordination: Coordination with shipping agents and customs brokers to monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery / Experiences In International Logistics Shipping.
• Cost and Pricing Analysis: Conducting landed cost and suggested retail price (SRP) analysis to support pricing strategies and product costing evaluations.
• Supplier Relations and Coordination: Managing supplier communications related to inquiries, product sampling, FDA regulatory requirements, cost adjustments, product development initiatives, and annual distributorship agreement renewals.
• Providing comprehensive administrative assistance including preparation of reports, presentations, document management, file organization, and management of the executive’s calendar (meeting, appoi...
