Accounting Tax Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Tax, Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the financial governance, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and fiscal strategy of our Indonesian coal mining operations. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills to manage the complex tax and regulatory landscape specific to the mining industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, legal, operational, and commercial teams, and report directly to the CFO

Key Responsibilities

A. Taxation & Fiscal Compliance

• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all tax filings: i) Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), ii) Employee Tax (PPh 21), iii) Vendor Withholding Taxes (PPh 23/26), iv) Value-Added Tax (PPN) and VAT Refunds, v) Land & Building Tax for Mining Concessions (PBB Sektor Pertambangan / P3MB)
