Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing – if you have this experience, we want to talk to you.
• College diploma in administrative techniques, accounting and management or another appropriate discipline.

Typical Day / Responsibilities

• Process changes to employee files (hires, terminations, changes to terms and conditions of employment, perks, records of employment, etc.).
• Follow up on vacation, statutory holiday and sick leave banks.
• Collaborate and participate in the year-end process (analyze discrepancies, make corrections when required) in the production of tax slips.
