This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Dubai office. You are the primary point of contact for our active client base. You do not need to run campaigns or build reports; your job is to ensure clients always feel heard, informed, and supported. You coordinate between clients and our delivery team, relay updates clearly, manage expectations professionally, and flag risks before they become cancellations.

The right person for this role is someone who is naturally warm, highly organised, and thrives on building relationships. You are calm when a client is frustrated, proactive before they have to ask, and professional in every interaction whether on a call, on WhatsApp, or in a meeting.
