Key Responsibilities 1. Cashier & Finance Duties
- Manage daily cash inflow and outflow, bank and fund transfers
- Issue receipts, process payments, and maintain proper cash book records
- Reconcile daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash
- Handle staff claims, reimbursement, and verify supporting documents
- Assist in payroll preparation and payment coordination
- Safeguard cash, cheques, receipts, company stamps, and financial documents
- Provide general office admin support
- Manage office supplies, stationery procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Handle incoming & outgoing couriers, mails, and documents
- Maintain office cleanliness, meeting rooms, and basic facilities
- Assist in staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation
