Opportunity Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance coordination, payroll-related activities, and financial record management for our growing IT services organization.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling accounting operations independently, coordinating with Chartered Accountants and external stakeholders, and have strong hands-on experience with Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage daily accounting activities and bookkeeping
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Zoho Books
• Process journal entries, expenses, invoices, and payment records
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Generate and manage customer invoices
• Track collections and payment follow-ups
