Responsibilities
- Accounts Assistant
- Preparation of Invoice
- Preparation of various documents to be sent to clients
- Checking of all the invoices/payments and receipt vouchers
- Record keeping of related documents
- Assisting the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting matters
- Responsible for accounts receivables
- Preparation of receivables ageing statement and do the necessary follow-up for payment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be a commerce graduate from a recognised university. He should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in finance/accounts. Good working knowledge of accounting package is required.
