Accounts Assistant

Purpose

: Based in Market Harborough, Deichmann UK, a subsidiary of Deichmann SE is looking to recruit an enthusiastic & motivated individual to join our Finance & Payroll team as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis, £25,500 per annum. Ideal candidate: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will support and assist in all aspects of work undertaken within the Finance & Payroll Department, including, accounts, imports, payroll, and general administration. Key activities:

Process of incoming mail both electronically and otherwise

Process of Import documentation for customs clearance and deal with any queries

Check, manage and process business expenditure

Verify and record key business expenses for analysis

Responsible for monitoring relevant ledger accounts and deal with any queries

Complete tasks to assist in the production of monthly management accounts
