Opportunity Description
Responsible for accounting, finance, and administrative support across S.M subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Malaysia Entities Maintain full sets of accounts, including invoicing, AR/AP, petty cash, fixed assets, and general ledger. Responsible for accounting and HR bookkeeping records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates according to local compliance. Prepare and submit weekly AR reports to all departments, coordinating with the team to ensure AR status is updated. Prepare and submit monthly cashflow reports to HQ for funding approval. Verify staff claims with proper supporting documents. Manage company and staff insurance records with agents. Act as company bank preparer, liaising with local banks and ensuring complete payment documentation before management approval. Prepare monthly financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries for HQ. Collaborate with Malaysia subsidiary team.
