Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, receipts, and payment processing
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Support monthly financial closing and basic bookkeeping functions
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external vendors on billing and administrative matters
- Coordinate office procurement and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle phone calls, emails, courier arrangements, and general office administration
- Support HR administrative duties such as attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding documentation
