Accounts Cum HR Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to manage
the full spectrum of accounting and HR functions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts, payroll, work pass applications, and worker administration, including coordination with dormitories.
Accounting Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.) . We use ABSS Accounting Software Prepare yearly financial statements Liaising with auditors for year-end statutory accounts Knowledge of closing entries and trial balance roll-forward Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements Prepare and submit IR8A and related tax forms at year-end
