Accounts Executive (FMCG)

Our client, a well-known FMCG in Singapore is looking for a permanent Accounts Executive. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including variance analysis and performance insights Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts Assist in the preparation of financial statements Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast Maintain full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations) Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standard Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Update and record receipts in the accounting system accurately and promptly Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding receivables Liaise with customers on billing and payment issues Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns Ensure proper GST treatment for transactions and maintain supporting documentation Assist in ...
