Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities
. Handle full set of accounts functions.
. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
. Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
. Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
. Liaise with auditors, bankers, vendors, and customers when required.
. Support payroll processing and statutory submissions.
. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
