Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP/AR/GL functions for the assigned accounts
- Perform month end and year-end financial closing activities
- Work closely with Membership Department and relevant stakeholders for Finance related matters
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Attend Exco meetings when necessary
- Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of accounts and finance working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Accounting system Sage 300 (training will be provided)
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively
- Highly motivated, meticulous and organised
