Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the finance function of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end process of maintaining full set of accounting for a panel of subsidiaries, including month-end and year-end closing, stocktakes and ensuring the reporting complies with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

This role offers exposure to group reporting, audit, corporate secretarial matters and listed-company governance.

• Maintain full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, Journal entries, accruals, prepayment and fixed assets and all accounts supporting schedules.
• Assist in monthly, half-year and year-end financial closing, including year-end stocktakes.
• Perform analytical reviews on financials.
