Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and billing activities, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation
- Follow up on outstanding documents, purchase orders, and billing-related matters
- Prepare and post basic accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, and provisions
- Maintain financial schedules, records, and supporting documentation
- Support project administration activities, including purchase orders and project tracking
- Monitor project costs, timelines, and status updates in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Assist with general accounting and finance administration activities
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the finance team when required
