Job Description:
Achieve target building occupancy and revenue based on approved business plan by assisting the Account Manager through creation of reports and presentations and to achieve high level customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course
- 2 years experience in office leasing, sales or customer service
- Real Estate Broker (Optional)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, personable, demonstrates integrity, dependability and accountability, detail oriented
- With excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Willing to work on-site (Pasay)
