Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-Time

The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital located in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join the accounting team. In this role you are required to have a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounts payable processes. What Youll Do Responsibilities: Process accounts and incoming payments in accordance with company policies and procedures Execute daily financial transactions, including verifying, posting, and recording accounts payable data Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate recording of bills and payments Monitor vendor payment agreements and ensure timely payments Assist with month-end closing tasks Maintain accurate records of financial transactions What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ...
