Accounts Payable Specialist (Casual) - Accounting

**This is a casual position which is subject to renewal by 12/31/2027**

JOB SUMMARY:

Accounts Payable Specialists perform a full range of accounts payable functions working independently and efficiently to process invoices and payments in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local requirements, as well as RCHHC policies. Requires significant interaction with Accounting and Supply Chain Management and staff, as well as Department Managers and other RCHHC staff, and outside vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

3 years of experience

Experience with Accounts Payable processing in an ERP system

Knowledge of State of California Sales Tax laws and regulations

Knowledge of Federal Form 1099 Reporting Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree

5 years of experience

Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payablea
