Accounts Payable Specialist- Korean Speaker

Responsibilities

• The Payment Associate is responsible for processing payments in an accurate and timely fashion for specific business sector(s) and countries serviced by GS Procurement - Asia Pacific.
• Payments Processing
• Generate and review payment batch
• Verify batch file against vendor/bank reports
• Resolve and reconcile payment issues
• Generate, review and validate Accounts Payable reports
• Work with bank on payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with Treasury on disbursement accounts
• Perform Payment Clearing
• SOX & Compliance activities & Reports Preparation
• Month-End Clearing Activities
• Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders (external / internal customers, co-workers)
