Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote set-up | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required. (MST)

Role Overview:

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for managing and recording all company cash outflows, including accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations, and financial transaction entry into QuickBooks and VOZ (proprietary ERP). Working within an Experiential Marketing Agency environment, this role ensures accurate cost tracking from project sale to final invoice issuance while maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will support internal leadership and collaborate across teams to ensure precise financial data and efficient administrative operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cost Management

• Support and advise the Company's Administration Leader on all matters related to cash outflows.
