Accounts Payable Technician

At Greenfresh, we lead the fresh, ready‑to‑eat salad sector with more than 150 healthy products for retail and foodservice across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark. We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a structured and reliable working style, and solid experience in Accounts Payable and SAP FI‑AP .

Main responsibilities

• Invoice processing and posting in SAP FI‑AP, ensuring correct tax, PO and cost‑center allocation.
• Payment run preparation, due‑date monitoring and coordination with Treasury.
• Vendor account reconciliation and follow‑up of open items.
• Supplier communication and issue resolution through 3‑way matching.
