The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding medical claims with insurance companies, resolving claim denials, ensuring timely reimbursements, and maintaining accurate account records.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid, denied, rejected, or underpaid medical claims.

* Review claim status through payer portals and telephone interactions.
