Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support day-to-day billing operations for a busy team in Hartland, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is part-time, onsite, and offers the chance to manage a steady mix of recurring service invoices and project-based billing activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounts receivable experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep payment activity aligned with project progress and service completion.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute invoices for recurring service work as well as project-related engagements, ensuring each billing document is complete and accurate.
• Record, reconcile, and monitor customer deposits, with particular attention to construction and milestone-driven projects.
