Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team in Torrance, California. This permanent, on-site role supports multi-state operations by managing receivables activity, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure timely revenue collection. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounts receivable records through accurate data entry, document management, and organized filing across financial and administrative materials.
• Review receivable balances against the general ledger and related supporting records to resolve discrepancies and keep accounts current.
• Track aging activity, contact customers regarding past-due balances, and carry out collection efforts to reduce outstanding invoices.
