About the role

The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for the billing, receipting, and reconciliation of patient accounts following discharge. Working within the Patient Services Department and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor / Patient Services Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant revenue processing within a private hospital setting.
