Opportunity Description
This position will be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office 3 days a week, typically Tuesday – Thursday with the ability to work a 9 AM to 5:30 PM MST shift .
Job Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will work on all A/R activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Handles refund and credit memo requests, daily credit card receipts, and cash receipts from the bank lockbox, ensuring proper application to customer invoices.
Serves as the primary contact for resolving complex A/R issues like payment discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and communicating with customers.
