Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a real estate and property organization in Dallas, Texas on a contract basis with the potential for a long-term opportunity. This role is focused on maintaining accurate receivables, supporting commercial collections, and resolving payment issues with a high level of care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while keeping accounts current and accurate.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full collections cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring follow-up activity aligns with established deadlines and performance expectations.
