Accounts Receivable Specialist

𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our accounting team on a short-term basis.

If you have strong experience in reconciliations, reporting, and financial accuracy, this role is for you.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• With experience in communicating and handling clients.
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
• Generate and distribute monthly account management reports (Cost Centers & Profit Centers).
• Analyze and perform foreign currency exchanges.
• Reconcile general ledger and revenue accounts.
