Key Responsibilities
Follow up on unpaid and denied medical claims with insurance companies.
Analyze and resolve claim rejections and denials efficiently.
Ensure timely payment posting and account reconciliation.
Work on AR aging reports and reduce outstanding balances.
Communicate with insurance payers via calls and online portals.
