Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage high‑volume AR, project billing, and collections. This role supports the Operations and FP&A team and requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with project managers and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
•  Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable and invoice processing
•  Prepare AIA billings, progress billings, and backup documentation for large projects
•  Obtain customer approvals based on project completion
•  Process lien releases and notarized documents
•  Submit invoices through multiple customer portals
•  Communicate frequently with PMs and field teams to clarify billing details
•  Perform collections follow‑up multiple times per month
•  Support general accounting tasks, including:
•  General ledger maintenance
•  Journal entries
•  Month‑end closing
