Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, communication, reporting, and resolving queries. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client deliverables.
- Proactively maintain and enhance client relationships through consistent, high-quality service and issue resolution.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of junior bookkeepers responsible for data entry and routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Allocate tasks, review team output, and ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Design and manage workflows to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
