Opportunity Description
The Accreditation Associate reviews the documents required from vendors and acts on their accreditation application within approved timelines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Gathers the required vendor documents
- Coordinates with the business units/proponents on requirements
- Escalates to proponents any concerns on vendors following the escalation process
- Performs accreditation processes per approved standards
- Ensures proper safekeeping of onboarded vendors’ documents
- Communicates decisions to vendors upon determination of such action based on approved processes
- Ensures timely updating of document submission tracker and accreditation status to enable accurate performance reports and dashboards
- Performs assigned role
