Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for assigned Global Supply Chain categories for factories in Germany and Switzerland.
- Implement procurement action plans aligned with Global, Regional and Cluster strategies.
- Manage and optimize the supplier base, including Supplier Relationship Management.
- Negotiate value‑driven contracts ensuring optimal cost, quality and service.
- Deliver savings targets and achieve defined procurement KPIs.
- Collaborate with project leads from early stage to end of project to ensure business centricity and add value to stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, processes and digital sourcing tools.
