Responsibilities Perform
preventive maintenance
on air conditioning systems (split units, VRF/VRV, central systems). Conduct routine inspections cleaning, and servicing of filters, coils, and condensers. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults. Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and sensors. Monitor system performance and maintain accurate service records. Ensure compliance with
safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
. Provide technical advice and updates to clients regarding system condition. Collaborate with facilities managers and train junior technicians when required. Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HVAC specialization. 5 years of experience in
