ACMV Technician cum Driver

Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for ACMV systems. Diagnose and rectify issues related to FCU, AHU, split units, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, and related ACMV equipment. Perform chemical washing, filter cleaning, gas top-up, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Attend breakdown calls and emergency maintenance works when required. Ensure all servicing works are completed according to safety procedures and company standards. Prepare service reports and update work progress to supervisor/PIC. Transport workers, tools, materials, and equipment to project or maintenance sites safely. Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of company vehicle.
