Opportunity Description
**Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**
The **Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program Supervisor (ACPE Certified Educator)** is responsible for the operation of and education within the CPE Program within the clinical group, site, and hospital. This role coordinates units of CPE and collaborates with other chaplains in addressing the spiritual care needs of patients, families, staff, and CPE students. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the Supervisor provides spiritual care and emotional support within the context of illness, crisis, loss, and death. The CPE Program Supervisor is committed to the organization and models its core values.
***This is a hybrid position. Hire will be asked to go onsite to St. Mary's Hospital (Richmond, VA) as needed, but will also work from home/virtually.
