Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Event Execution – Coordinate day-to-day deployment of activations tied to campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
• Central Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (e.g. Partnerships, Creative, Marketing Ops) and external suppliers.
• Logistics & Deliverables – Manage all timelines, checklists, and implementation workflows to ensure efficient rollout.
• Production Oversight – Ensure creative and promotional assets (banners, giveaways, signage) are produced, QC’d, and delivered on time.
• Issue Management – Monitor ongoing activations, troubleshoot execution gaps, and elevate issues proactively.
